Still sore from your workouts?
I have had some requests for information about how to improve workouts. One area that we often do not think about is what we do after our workouts. It is critical for your recovery that you are cooling down and stretching appropriately after intense periods of exercise or weight training. These things are easy to overlook but trust me they make a big difference. If you are coming to workouts and you are still very sore from the workout you did last time you may not be getting everything you can out of your workouts. I have found a short video from health expert Meredith Rudh on some ways that you can relieve muscle soreness to get yourself back in the game quicker. Remember we want to do everything we can to make the most out of our time in the gym. We need to train hard and recover the correct way. if you have any questions about these techniques I would be glad to show them to you.
